V-10 powerhouse vegetable juice.

v8 juice tastes great, but it’s not really the best for you, healthwise. It’s high in sodium among other things. I tried to come up with a juice that approximates the flavor. I’m not sure it does, but it’s good!

This makes about 4 large glasses. You can also add a splash of olive oil and some pepper to give it some snap.

1 lg cucumber
4 lg roma tomatoes
2 sticks green onions
1 stick rhubarb
1 inch ginger stick
1 bag mini carrots
10 sprigs cilantro
1 red beet
1 large handful spinach
1 lg bell pepper

If you don’t drink it all, store it the fridge. Use a mason jar and fill it to the very top (as little air as possible). Drink it within 7 days or throw it out.

Wow! I will need to try this for my husband and myself! You seem to have a healthy lifestyle… Hiking with your dogs and juicing a concoction like this! Good for you.

I don’t have a juicer but I have a Ninja, so I have been using Kale, Parsley, Spinach, Roma tomatoes, Mini cucumbers, strawberries, and one apple and a splash of almost milk to help blend and have been using this as my breakfast since May 16th of this year. I have noticed a BIG change in the digestive and intestinal tract as I have FEWER problems now. It is AMAZING when you eat the right foods how your body LOVES you for it. I couldn’t of been sold on this a year ago but I am SOLD OUT now! I have also added walking and a workout class twice a week, and I have cut out regular pop and drink water and unsweetened tea. I am also eating high protein, low carb, low sugar diet. I have lost 45 pounds along with 3 pant sizes and 3 shirt sizes. It is so awesome. I want to Thank you for all of this because it was YOUR testimony about your lifestyle that inspired me. I am very grateful!!!!!
